DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been registered, it will be confirmed by email. The delivery time may vary depending on the number of orders in progress / the work overload of 2 days to 2 weeks. The maximum time of departure from our office is therefore 2 weeks from the day of the passage of the order.

All orders are shipped from SimplePractice offices in Santa Monica. We deliver only within the US.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code on distance selling (articles L121-16 and following of the Consumer Code), you have the right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason, without penalty, only return and shipping costs are your responsibility. The law provides that the buyer of a product has a period of seven / 7 working days from delivery. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day. 

Beyond this deadline, SimplePractice will be free to refuse the exchange or refund.

The exchange or the refund of the articles will be able to be accepted only if the ordered articles are returned to us in perfect state. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
